It is very temperamental, sometimes it loads fast while other times it loads not at all.

DO NOT use a [.to] or [.tor2web] extension. You will lose your anonymity.
Like the other comment said, Tor is very temperamental and can be very slow. Sometimes if you go to your “Vidalia Control Panel” and click, “Use New Identity”, it will speed things up. Don’t forget, you are going through at least 3 servers. Some of them are held together by duct tape.
